Some general information on the new billing system

Whoiscart is small, lightweight, and simple, and that means it isn't necessarily the most intuitive either.

A few things to know:

The email used to signup (or the email we used to convert you) is the login.

1 login - 1 credit card, if you want to use multiple cards, you gotta use multiple email addresses, one for each seperate card.

When an account is suspended, we have to manually process the payment, all we have to do is click "process" but someone has to click it, it's not automatic once the account goes into a suspended state, so please holler as soon as you update your card on file so we know to process you asap!

The reason you have to "transfer" your old domain to us to renew it even though you already registered it with us, is because the "transfer.php" option is the only way to get Whois.cart to take a domain registration for a domain that is ALREADY registered, yet whois.cart itself doesn't know anything about it (meaning the domain wasn't originally registered through the whoisart system nor was it transferred in already). If you can login to whoiscart (see info below) and your domain isn't in your inventory, then you'll need to do the transfer option to get that domain in there, even though it is already registered through us.

To update payment options in whoiscart (such as your credit card, addresses, etc)

Go to https://whoiscart.8-95.com/ OR https://whoiscart.dixiesys.com/

At the bottom will be either a Login link, or a View Your Profile and a Logout link. Login if it doesn't have you cookied and then the screen will refresh with a View Your Profile link at the bottom. If you've setup multiple accounts using multiple email addresses you MAY have to "Logout" first to clear the cookie for another email, then "Login" again using the proper email, most people only have one login and one email to use, however some have more than one so it is worth mentioning.

Click View Your Profile and a new window will open up, at the bottom of this screen is a "modify your profile" link, click that and this is where you can change billing and contact information, including billing type. Make your billing changes and click save.
